How to Return or Exchange an Item:

  1. Start Your Return – Visit our consumer portal and enter your email and order number.

  2. Select Your Items – Choose what you're returning/exchanging, provide a reason, and set your preferences.

  3. Receive Your Label – After submitting, you'll get a QR code or printable return label, plus email instructions.

  4. Ship Your Return – Pack your items securely and send them back using the provided label.

Return Guidelines:

Non-Defective Returns:

  • Must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging, and resellable condition.

  • Non-defective items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Damaged or defective items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items that don’t meet these conditions will be returned to you.

  • Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refund Policy:

  • Timeframe – Non-defective items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Damaged or defective items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Refund Method – Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days of processing.

  • Condition – Items must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging, and resellable condition. Used baby bottles, cloth/swim diapers, carriers, and ring slings cannot be returned.


Sale Items – Final sale, no returns or exchanges.
