At The Natural Baby Co., we strive to provide exceptional service, but shipping issues can occasionally occur. Please review the following instructions for resolving any issues related to your order:
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Items
If your order arrives damaged, or you believe it is lost or stolen, and you opted into LABL Shipping Protection, please submit a claim directly through our consumer portal:
If you did not opt into LABL Shipping Protection, please contact us at customerservice@thenaturalbabyco.com with your order information and a photo (if applicable). We will assist you in setting up a replacement order.
Defective Items
If you believe your item is defective, please notify us within 14 days by emailing customerservice@thenaturalbabyco.com. We will help troubleshoot the issue or arrange an exchange if needed.
Incorrect Shipments
If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 14 days by emailing customerservice@thenaturalbabyco.com. We’ll provide you with a return label and ship the correct item to you at no additional cost.
