I've tried quite a few milk production teas in the last 4 years and this is top 3 for sure! It helps for a little boost and its awesome that it's organic. It does have a strong flavor but a little honey can take the edge off that. From experience, it is nice iced in the summer (or heck, as ice pops!) Very gifty for a new mama planning on breastfeeding!
